Well it was an awesome day for airsoft in the great outdoors - a little overcast, but not cold... perfect for all us geardos who actually got to wear BDU tops without dying of heat exhaustion!

We had three new locals join us for gaming today, all of them proving themselves pretty adept at putting a few bbs into us. It was great having you guys there.

Our warm up VC trail saw grunta noob-it-up and get a jam early on! The INSANE capture the flag "speed game" saw us go through almost all our BBs... Haha at shooting spawn to spawn...

After lunch, we changed it up a bit and moved all our vehicles to a different location on the field to try out a major assault across open ground vs three defenders!!!... That definitely hurt (speaking as a defender)...

The next few games were much more balanced, but still as intense. Stone proving he still has some residual skills left from his paintball days.

The Pistol stalking games to round out the afternoon were really fun in the small wooded area - Stone and BJ wrapping up the first game - with stone taking all the chips, and Eightball/R3CON rolling up the second - with R3CON taking all the chips.

All in All an excellent day, and with still more of our field left to explore!

Here's a few random snaps from our day:

Right, I'm ready to defend now...

Sorry bro, it's all over.... getting ready for the pistol stalking comp...
