Just returned from testing out the newly purchased Thompson. It certainly put a smile on my dial! Went to a game organised by Ashhurst Airsoft and it was interesting to compare with AHB. Less organised, less mil sim, with more, "BANZAI!" action was their style. Although the Ash club is in it's formative stages they have a great opportunity to expand. I dished out a few decent welts as I had the highest powered gun at the game, most were still running spring rifles/pistols e.t.c.
R3CON mentioned his amazement at my travelling to HB for a game of Airsoft. After playing with the Ash guys I feel the trip is definately justified, AHB is a bloody good club.
