AHB OPEN GAME - Sunday 3rd April - Work and Skirm

Open games are games where you can invite your friends, or new people can try out the sport. it's a good opportunity to see what we're all about.

We will be doing a quick working bee in the morning to sort out the field for Cursed Earth, followed by gaming after lunch or when we finish.

WHEN: 9:30am, Meet outside Omahu Marae, Fernhill, before leaving at 9:45am to convoy out to the field. Play till mid afternoon.

WHERE: AHB1
If you might not make it to the Omahu Marae by 9:45am, please let us know so we don't end up having someone wait for you there. PM Torak, Jaybee or Wasp for their cellphone number, so you can text/call if needed.

WHAT TO BRING: Yourself, a Friend, Food and Drink, Airsoft guns and gear.

WORKING BEE:

Clean long drop - rubber gloves, scrubbing brush, detol, water, rags/wipes.
Clear camping area - weed eaters, loppers, gloves, etc
Cut and stack fallen branches - chain saws, gloves, etc
Pallets - Torak to sort


HOW MUCH: $10 Field Fee (Club Member Discounts will apply)

CLUB GUNS: Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to borrow a club gun. We'll reserve one for you if it's available. Whilst the loan of the gun is free, we ask for a donation of $20 to cover a maintenance fee, and a Hi-Cap Magazine full of BBs.

EYE PROTECTION: We have eye protection available for new players to use. The Mesh masks allow the wearing of prescription glasses beneath them, and provide additional face protection. There is no charge for the eye protection, but please let us know early, so we can ensure it's available for you.
