It is ok, the majority of the film is concentrating on the soldier and his family after he is injured and returned from Afghanistan. He has some weird ideas about things and all that occured to him certainly seems to have screwed him up a fair bit. If you are looking for a docu on some returning soldier who fights through injury to return to ful health then this is NOT it, he is rather depressing and morbid and doesn't seem that motivated to improve his situation but rather to dwell on what has happenned to him. Then again I guess that is realistic for the majority of people. I would rate it as ok only, nothing great but ok to watch.
