How to become a Member of Airsoft Hawkes Bay

While you do not need to be an AHB (Airsoft Hawkes Bay) Member to attend most Airsoft Hawkes Bay games and events, there are benefits to joining the club as an AHB Member.

We also have AHB Junior Membership for those who are under the age of 18. AHB Junior Membership costs less per year, but does NOT include voting rights.

Benefits as an AHB Member include:

* Club discounts off field fees and BB's,
* Subsidised away games,
* An AHB Club Shoulder Patch,
* An AHB Club T-Shirt,
* Access to restricted forum areas,
* Access to exclusive AHB Member events, and
* Full club voting privileges. (AHB Members Only)
Annual Membership Fees: $50 per year (AHB Member: April to March) $30 per year (AHB Junior Member: April to March)

The Membership Process

* Choose an appropriate call sign/forum name (not your name, no military terms and ideally two syllables or less),
* Print out and complete the application form attached to this post,
* Attend an open games hosted by Airsoft Hawkes Bay,
* Bring the completed application form to the game, and
* Then complete a period as an AHB Probationary Member. The length of which is determined by the committee but is usually a minimum of 6 games. AHB Probationary Members are NOT eligible to Vote.
* After completion of your Probationary period, your application will be voted on by the club membership.
* If successful, you pay your annual membership fee promptly, and then enjoy being an AHB (Airsoft Hawkes Bay) Member.
* If unsuccessful, you will be contacted by a committee member and further options may be discussed.
